Admin Intern
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Admin
-
Assist with various administrative tasks at a group level
2. Human Resources
-
Be the go to HR contact for 8 creATEive for each venue (Amalfitana, Fratelli and Rummin’ Tings) at the group level

Execute end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers with approval on salary negotiation from partners

Proactive source of right candidate and conduct talent search via various channels, i.e. social media, online job boards, network, referrals and market research

Promote open roles using online job ads

Prepare job offers and maintain employment contracts

Organize staff recreational activities
-
Compile HR reports on a regular basis for management review
-
Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Help oversee all Human Resource Management, support management in HR decisions to implement and execute best HR practices -
Act as a subject matter for all HR duties, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and payroll operations

Ability to conduct objective and thorough investigations in response to manager and/or employee relations concerns

Partner closely with operations teams to coordinate on-boarding activities for new venue openings and headcount expansions

Work with management and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment

Participate in new employee orientation
-
Assist with employee and management development plans and regular reviews along with GM’s

Understand and abide by all company rules and protocols; support HR standards and maintain accountability
3. Insurance
-
Point of contact with our insurance consultant for as and when incidents involving them may occur • Get involved with any dealings with Labour Department as and when they occur
4. Legal
-
Work alongside partners and solicitors in their dealings together on new contracts, incidents, and any ad hoc needs etc.

Requirements:
-
BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
-
Past experience in admin, HR, legal roles

Excellent organization skills with attention to details

Strong Communicator (written & verbal)

Mature and able to resolve problems independently

Ability to work under pressure and think out of the box
-
Possess knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Employment Law
-
Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is highly preferred
