As our Group Beverage Manager Amrit Kumar Gurung has more than 14 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry in Hong Kong.
Gurung is the responsible for the entire beverage programme for the group. He brings lots of novel ideas for cocktails and enjoys creating new concoctions with us since the inception of our F&B ventures together.

Gurung realized his bartending ambition whilst working at Rummin’ Tings which was voted as Best New Bar In 2015 by Foodie Magazine.

establishments including Bahama Mama’s, McSorley’s, Club No.9, M1NT, Republic, Soiree,
Roka, Zuma, Fatty Crab and is now taking care of Rummin’ Tings, Amalfitana and Fratelli for 8creATEive.
