Having successfully managed a few restaurants in Hong Kong, Boudel joined 8 creATEive in 2019 as General Manager of Amalfitana. Outside of work you will find Boudel spending time with his family, cooking up a storm and supporting his favourite football team “FC Barcelona”. He likes to make sure our guests always have the most enjoyable and memorable experience. He says don’t feel shy to say “Hi” on your next visit to the beach!
