Co-Founder & Director
Ever since he was a child, Harsh’s life has revolved around food. Passionate about hospitality having grown up and worked around the world exposed Harsh to a wide range of cultures leading to him co-founding multiple award-winning bars and restaurants – 8 creATEive (Amalfitana, Rummin’ Tings, Fratelli), Fatty Crab and The Pontiac (Asia’s 50 Best Bars for 5 years in a row) in
Hong Kong. Harsh is also Managing Director of ÉPIQUE, a boutique promotion consultancy.
Harsh earned his BSc in International Hospitality Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne and worked his way up from bottom up as a dishwasher, to waiter and a cook at leading hotels in Switzerland, Italy and India prior to graduating. The experiences lead to his appointment as Director of Sales and Marketing at the multi-award winning Sonevas in the Maldives. Harsh relocated to Thailand to work closely with the Chairman & CEO of Six Senses selling multi-million dollar villas in his role as Director of Residential Villa Sales and eventually moved to Singapore as GM Client Relations at luxury property fund 135 DEGREES. His foray into Hong Kong followed where he consulted for a vast number of hospitality and lifestyle businesses prior to opening his own.
In his free time Harsh loves to cook as well as hike with his rescue dog Bear, with whom he can most often be spotted at their venues and is dedicated to contributing personal energy towards helping the less fortunate and charitable causes.
