Born and raised in Italy, Michel started cooking pizzas at the age of 14, his passion for food brought him to travel around the world, training and working as a Pizzaiolo in Italy, Australia and London.

His formation as a graphic designer gave him attention for detail and
creativity. Given his recent success as the Mastro Pizzaiolo of Amalfitana, Michel is
looking to spread his wings further and dive further into his roots and the world of
pasta with Fratelli. He has just returned from a trip to Italy where he got to cook with
some renowned chefs and grandmothers and is excited to showcase his talents as a
pastaio at 8 creATEive’s latest venture, Fratelli - Artisan Pasta Bar.
