Hailing from the land of tantalizing spices, i.e. India, Vijay has inherited a deep-seeded pull towards the
ambrosial flavors that the F&B industry has to offer. Since his very first step into the industry in 1999 at the age of 20, working with Pizza-Hut and restaurants near home in Delhi.
Vijay has continuously honed his expertise with knowledge and experience.

To his credit, he has a Diploma in Community Welfare Work from Cambridge International College, a
Certificate 2 in Food Hygiene Manager Course and a Certificate 3 in Wine and Spirit (WSET – 3).
Vijay has worked in multiple restaurants and hotels including Stamford Hotels (Australia), French Window Brasserie & Bar (IFC), Italian Wine Bar & Restaurant (Peel Street) and California Pizza Kitchen (Whampoa)
all in Hong Kong.
Riding the adventurous spirit, Vijay has partaken in bungy jumping and flown an aircraft in New Zealand.
Swimming and trekking bring him a unique peace of mind.
